How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use. You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold up the QR code on your electronic voucher to the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- Valid only on the day of exchange. Please complete the exchange on the day you intend to use the pass.

- This pass is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
- You can cancel your order through My Page until February 28, 2026, as long as the QR code has not been generated. However, the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and purchase date. (Credit card payment: Cancellation is not possible after 180 days from the purchase date) Once the cancellation period has passed, cancellations and refunds will not be possible under any circumstances.
- If you cannot generate a QR code or if the automatic ticketing machine is not working, please visit the ski resort counter.
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- The lift pass is an IC card. Please return it to the collection box when you leave.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
