How to use

Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass and a coupon (JPY 300 souvenir coupon)
Valid only on the day of exchange.

Locations where the souvenir coupon can be used:
Shop inside the ski resort
• A paper souvenir coupon will be provided when you exchange your lift pass.
• No change will be given when using the souvenir coupon. Non-refundable.

Notes

1-day lift passes for high school students (ages 18) and under must be purchased at the lift pass counter on the day of visit.
This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
