Bus information:
• The shuttle bus operates about once every hour. For the timetable and details, please check the Access Information section on the official Sapporo Moiwa Snow Square (Sapporo Moiwayama Ski Area) website.
• Outbound bus: Please show the voucher redemption screen when getting off the bus.
• Return bus: Please show the voucher redemption screen when boarding the bus.

Lift pass information:
• Redeemable pass: One 5-hour lift pass
• Please generate your QR code before the date of use. Once the QR code has been generated, cancellations are not possible.
• After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
• Please scan the QR code at the automatic ticketing machine (pickup box) located on North Lodge 1F at Sapporo Moiwa Snow Square (Sapporo Moiwayama Ski Area) to receive your pass. The pass is valid only on the day of exchange.
• Please return used lift passes (IC cards) for re-use. (Return location: IC Card collection box inside the lodge)

• If you are unsure of the bus boarding location on the day of your visit, please contact WAmazing's customer support immediately.
• This pass can only be used by skiers. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers.)
• Not available for individuals weighing over 100kg.
• Seats are limited, and buses may fill up for your preferred time slot. Please allow plenty of time when boarding. -The bus schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice due to weather or road conditions.
• If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
• Children ages 0-3 may ride the bus free of charge.
• Children ages 0-3 can also use the lifts free of charge, but a lift pass (IC card) is still required. Please request one at the North Lodge Administration Office.
