Product description

This package includes a 5-hour lift pass and a rental ski set (skis, boots, poles).

You can use all lifts at Sapporo Moiwa Snow Square (Sapporo Moiwayama Ski Area).
The lift pass is valid for 5 hours from the time of issuance.

How to use

Redeemable pass: One 5-hour lift pass, one rental ticket
When redeeming your passes, please show the voucher redemption screen at the North Lodge Administration Office at Sapporo Moiwa Snow Square (Sapporo Moiwayama Ski Area).
To pick up your rental items, please present your rental ticket at the rental counter on the B1 floor of the lodge. (Rental counter: Open until 3:30pm)
Please return used lift passes (IC cards) for re-use. (Return location: IC Card collection box inside the lodge)

Notes

This pass can only be used by skiers. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers.)
Not available for individuals weighing over 100kg.
Rental boots are available starting from size 16cm.
Children ages 0-3 can also use the lifts free of charge, but a lift pass (IC card) is still required. Please request one at the North Lodge Administration Office.
If you wish to take a ski lesson, please contact the ski school directly after completing your reservation for this package.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
