How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass (Washigatake Ski Resort), one rental ticket
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- After the QR code is generated, passes can be redeemed at any time during the validity period.
- Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- Valid only on the day of exchange.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the validity period will expire, and the pass cannot be used. Additionally, cancellations will not be possible.
- How to use the rental ticket: Fill out the application form at the rental shop on Center House 2F, and submit it to the counter along with the rental ticket. A valid ID is required for all rentals.

Notes
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- This is not a Multi-Resort Lift Pass and is valid only at Washigatake Ski Resort.
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card). (Lift pass return locations: Lift pass counter, Center House 2F Information Counter)
- If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
