Product description

This set includes a 1-day lift pass that's valid only on any designated day (weekends, public holidays, and New Year holidays from December 30 to January 3) and a JPY 1,200 meal ticket.
You can use all lifts at Meiho Snow Resort.

How to use

Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass, one meal ticket
Please generate your QR code before the date of use. Once the QR code has been generated, cancellations are not possible.
After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass and go through the gate on any designated day (weekends, public holidays, and New Year holidays (December 30 to January 3) within the validity period. *Excludes weekdays
Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
The day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging your pass will be considered the day of use. *If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible in case of loss or if you accidentally pass through the gate.
If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the validity period will expire, and the pass cannot be used. Additionally, cancellations will not be possible.

Locations where meal tickets can be used:
All restaurants in Meiho Snow Resort (except for food trucks)
• The meal ticket will be issued together with your lift pass.
• No change will be given when meal tickets are used. Non-refundable.

Notes

This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card). (Return location: Ski Center 1F lift pass counter)
If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
