How to use
- Please note that the lift pass and Meal Ticket must be redeemed separately.
- Lift pass: Collect your pass at the automated SKIOSK machine after generating your QR code.
- Meal Ticket: Show the voucher exchange screen on your My Page at your selected restaurant. *Business hours vary depending on the restaurant, so please check in advance.
- Until QR code generation and lift pass exchange
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period. (Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass)
- To receive your lift pass, please scan the QR code on your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine (SKIOSK) installed at the ski resort.
- At ski resorts without an automatic ticketing machine (SKIOSK), please present the QR code on your electronic voucher to the staff at the lift pass counter to receive your lift pass.
After ticket exchange
- The day you pass through the lift gate after collecting your lift pass (IC ticket) is considered the start date of use.
- If you have multiple lift passes for which the date of exchange and the date of use are different, please keep them in a locker or other storage facility and manage them yourself. lift passes cannot be reissued in the event of loss or accidental passage through the gate.

- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- Cancellations are not permitted if any of the vouchers have been used (even if there are vouchers still remaining.)

This product comes as a set of 2 vouchers (redeemable tickets) per purchase.You can cancel a full set, but individual vouchers within a set cannot be canceled.

- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
