Bus Information:
• Route bus timetable
• Morioka Station West Exit (Bus Stop 26)
• Please gather 5 minutes before departure. However, as this is a route bus, it will not depart until the scheduled time.
• The timetable is current as of October 15, 2025, but is subject to change. For the latest information, please check the official Iwate Kenpoku Bus website.
• For both outbound and return trips, show the voucher redemption screen to the bus crew when getting off the bus.

Lift pass information:
• Your lift pass will be the Blue Pass.
• This lift pass includes a JPY 500 deposit for the IC card.
• QR codes must be issued before the date of use.
• After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass and go through the gate at any time during the validity period.
• This lift pass is valid for 2 consecutive days.

Using the rental coupon:
• The discount coupon can be used when renting either a 3-piece ski set or a 2-piece snowboard set.
• Please present your electronic voucher at the rental counter.

• This reservation cannot be canceled for any reason.
• Please confirm the meeting location in advance.

General ticket information
• Each ticket can only be used once per person during the validity period.
• There is no child rate.
• If you cannot display the screen due to device malfunction, low battery, or connectivity issues, please pay the applicable fee.
• We cannot offer refunds for delays in connecting transportation, nor can we offer compensation for delays in this bus service.

Lift pass exchange information
• Please scan the QR code of your electronic voucher over the automatic ticketing machine to redeem your pass. If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
• The deposit will be refunded when you return your pass (Return location: lift pass counter inside Appi Resort Center).
• If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit will not be refunded, and the lift pass (IC card) will not be reissued.
• This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
• You cannot board the lift with the electronic voucher alone. You must exchange it for a lift pass (IC card) before boarding.
• The day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging your pass is the day of use. *If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible in case of loss or if you accidentally pass through the gate.

Bus information
• Please take a numbered ticket when boarding. (No need to show your voucher.)
• When getting off the bus, please show the voucher redemption screen to the bus attendant.
• The schedule varies depending on the day. Please check the timetable on the Iwate Kenpoku Bus website before traveling.
• The ticket becomes invalid once you disembark.
• This ticket does not guarantee a seat. Boarding may not be possible if the bus is full or services are suspended.
• This ticket cannot be used for the 9:50pm departure from Morioka Station as the fare is different.

Regading the use of the luggage compartment:
• Devices containing lithium-ion batteries—such as portable charger, laptops, smartphones, and tablets—cannot be placed in the underfloor luggage compartment due to the risk of smoke or fire from impact or damage. Please bring them onboard and keep them within your sight.
• Fragile items, cash, and other valuables cannot be stored. Please keep them with you at your seat and manage them yourself.
• The luggage compartment is only for storing luggage.
• We cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
• Please be careful not to mix up your luggage.
• The luggage compartment has limited space. During peak periods or depending on availability you may be unable to use the luggage compartment, so please consider using courier services if possible.
