Departure Time: (1) 12:15pm (meet at 12:05pm) at the Madarao Kogen Hotel (2) 12:55pm (meet at 12:45pm) at the Madarao Exit of Iiyama Station
Arrival Time: 1:25pm at the Wild Snow Monkey Park (Jigokudani Yaen-Koen)
・Return bus *The drop-off location must be the same as your outbound boarding location.
Departure Time: 3:35pm (meet at 3:25pm) at the Wild Snow Monkey Park (Jigokudani Yaen-Koen) parking lot
Arrival Time: (1) 4:30pm at the Madarao Kogen Hotel (2) 4:05pm at the Madarao Exit of Iiyama Station
・ Boarding Information:
(1) Madarao Kogen Hotel: Please speak to a member of staff waiting in front of the hotel to complete the arrival procedures.
(2) Madarao Exit of Iiyama Station: Please complete the arrival procedures at the 1F Tourist Information Center.
- Please arrive at the boarding area 10 minutes before the departure time for the outbound and return trips.
- Please make sure to confirm the boarding area before departure and be sure not to be late for the meeting time.
- If you are unable to make it to the meeting time or do not know where to board, please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support immediately.
- Please note that if you are late for departure then this will be treated as a same-day cancellation and you will be unable to participate. We appreciate your understanding.

Notes
- Minimum number of participants: 10 (maximum number: 18)
- Admission to the Wild Snow Monkey Park (Jigokudani Yaen-Koen) is not included. Please pay the admission fee upon arrival.
- Please tell the driver the name of the person who purchased the bus ticket upon boarding the bus. *Please ensure to enter your full name without abbreviations at the time of reservation.
- The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met, or in the case of inclement weather. The organizer will contact you using the emergency details you have provided. Please be sure to check your e-mail or incoming calls on the day. (Notifications are typically sent after 3:00pm on the day before the event.)
- Tour contents may change depending on the weather, course conditions, etc.
