• Once a reservation has been made, it is not possible to change the language or lesson time. If you need to change the language or lesson time, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

This insurance provides the following coverage for injuries or property damage occurring on the day of your lesson and the following day.

• Death or permanent disability: JPY 5,000,000
• Hospitalization: JPY 5,000 per day
• Outpatient treatment: JPY 2,500 per day
• Liability coverage: JPY 30,000,000

If you suffer an injury or illness, no prior notification is required. Please visit a hospital directly and pay for the consultation or treatment yourself.
If you accidentally cause injury to another person or damage their belongings, please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support after receiving an invoice from the other party.

To make an insurance claim, please provide WAmazing Snow Customer Support with the following details.

• Lesson information: ski resort, lesson name, date of use
• Date and time of occurrence: date of your injury, illness, property damage, or when another person was injured
• Incident details: description of the injury, damage, and how it occurred
• Supporting documents: hospital receipts or invoices from the other party
• Claimant information: name, phone number or email address, purchase ID, user ID

Lesson times: 9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-4:00pm
Exchange/meeting location: In front of The Tower 1F rental counter at Hoshino Resorts TOMAMU Ski Area

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson start time.
• If you are unable to locate your instructor or cannot find the meeting place, please contact WAmazing Snow's Customer Support team immediately.
• Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late for the lesson, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and you will be unable to take the lesson.

• Rentals and lift passes are not included in the lesson fees. Lift passes can be purchased on the day of the lesson.
• As much as possible, please book lessons with those of a similar skill level.
• 1-on-1 lessons for children ages 3-6 are recommended.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the lesson to check your gear and wear.
• Refunds, extensions, and make-up lessons will not be permitted for lost time or additional costs due to customer mistakes, such as forgotten gloves or incorrect sizes.
• Instructors are able to help with rentals, but this will be included in the lesson time.
• Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late for the lesson, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and you will be unable to take the lesson. Refunds will not be provided.
• Make-up lessons or extensions will not be provided if you are late for the lesson.
• Please ensure to follow the intructor's instructions during the lesson to ensure safety.
• Repeated failure to follow instructions (leaving the lesson without permission, damaging the facility, etc.) will result in immediate termination of the lesson without any refunds.
• Please note that we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or equipment before, during, or after the lesson.
• Please note that we will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur before, during, or after the lesson.
• Cancellations due to personal reasons (including voluntary cancellations due to bad weather, changes in travel itinerary, etc.) will incur cancellation fees in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• Refunds will be provided in the event of a force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.) or an official ski resort closure.
• Refunds will be provided in the event of a cancellation due to a flight delay or cancellation provided sufficient proof has been shown.
