Product description

This is a private lesson with a Chinese/English-speaking instructor.
Up to 5 people can take the course with one instructor.
The lesson will be held over two days (5-hours of lessons and a 1-hour break per day)

This voucher includes transportation to and from your hotel within Otaru City (for those who request this service).
The bus will arrive at your hotel 1 hour before your lesson starts.
Please wait outside the front entrance of your hotel at least 10 minutes before the bus is scheduled to arrive. (i.e. If your lesson is scheduled to start at 9:00am, please wait outside the front entrance your hotel before 7:50am)

Improve your edge changes, controlling speed while riding, and mastering steep slope techniques.

Purchasing method

After selecting "Add to Cart" and then "Proceed to Purchase", please indicate your desired language, and whether you would like to request a hotel pick up service on the "Purchaser Information" page.
If you would like to request a hotel pick-up service, please enter the name and address of your hotel.
Once your reservation is complete it is not possible to change the language, or hotel pick-up service. If you need to make any changes, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

How to use

This insurance provides the following coverage for injuries or property damage occurring on the day of your lesson and the following day.

Death or permanent disability: JPY 5,000,000
Hospitalization: JPY 5,000 per day
Outpatient treatment: JPY 2,500 per day
Liability coverage: JPY 30,000,000

If you suffer an injury or illness, no prior notification is required. Please visit a hospital directly and pay for the consultation or treatment yourself.
If you accidentally cause injury to another person or damage their belongings, please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support after receiving an invoice from the other party.

To make an insurance claim, please provide WAmazing Snow Customer Support with the following details.

Lesson information: ski resort, lesson name, date of use
Date and time of occurrence: date of your injury, illness, property damage, or when another person was injured
Incident details: description of the injury, damage, and how it occurred
Supporting documents: hospital receipts or invoices from the other party
Claimant information: name, phone number or email address, purchase ID, user ID

Schedule

Lesson times: Day 1: 9:00am-3:00pm, Day 2: 9:00am-3:00pm (includes a 1-hour break on both days)
Exchange/meeting location: In front of Center House at Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort
Landmark: Staff wearing an armband with the Aline Ski Powder School logo will be waiting for you.

Please arrive 20 minutes before the lesson start time.
If you are unable to locate your instructor or cannot find the meeting place, please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support immediately.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for the meeting time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and you will not be able to take the lesson.

Rentals and lift passes are not included in the lesson fees.
Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the lesson starts.
Please arrive at the meeting point ready to start the lesson and ensure all rentals and collection of equipment is done prior to the lesson start time.

No charge for participants other than the group representative.Save more with more participants.
With an item that limits the total number of people, a request exceeding the limit cannot be processed.
Tickets for a fixed number of persons, such as family tickets, parent-and-child tickets, etc., are only available for purchase under specified conditions.Please be aware that if a booking does not meet the specified conditions, it will not be accepted.*Ex: 2 adults, 2 children / 1 adult, 1 child

After 00:00, one day prior to the date of use	80 %
After 00:00, 2 days prior to the date of use	50 %
After 00:00, 3 days prior to the date of use	30 %
Until 4 days prior to the date of use	Free Cancellation

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
