How to use
- Redeemable items: One 5-hour lift pass, Rental items
- When redeeming your items, please present the voucher redemption screen from your My Page purchase history.
- [Redemption Locations] Lift Pass: North Lodge Administration Office (Valid only on the day of exchange) / Rental Items: Rental Counter on the B1 floor of the lodge (Rental counter open until 3:30pm)
- Please return used lift passes (IC cards) for recycling. (Return location: IC card collection box inside the lodge)

Notes
- This pass can only be used by skiers. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers.)
- Not available for individuals weighing over 100kg.
- Rental boots are available starting from size 16cm.
- Children ages 0-3 can also use the lifts free of charge, but a lift pass (IC card) is still required. Please request one at the North Lodge Administration Office.
- If you wish to take a ski lesson, please contact the ski school directly after completing your reservation for this package.

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
