How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 1-Day Gondola/Lift Pass
- Please generate the QR code from your My Page purchase history by the designated date of use. You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold the generated QR code over the automated ticket machine inside the ski resort to receive your pass.
- Passes are only valid on the day they are exchanged.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the pass will become invalid, and cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.

Notes
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not for sightseeing and cannot be used by non-skiers and non-snowboarders.)
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash upon return of the lift pass (IC card).
- If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
