How to use
- Redeemable tickets: One 1-day lift pass, one activity voucher
- Please display the voucher exchange screen from your My Page purchase history, present it to the staff, and exchange it for your tickets.
- The lift pass and activity voucher will be handed over together.
- Tickets are only valid on the day of exchange.
- Activity voucher: Valid for one-time access to one of the following: Tubing, Snow Racer, Snow Strider, or Snow Escalator (non-refundable). Please hand the voucher to the staff at the counter to enjoy your chosen activity.

Notes
- The lift pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a lift pass for sightseeing and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
