How to use
- Redeemable pass: One lift pass valid for a single day on the designated date of use.
- Please generate the QR code from your My Page purchase history by the designated date of use. You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- You can redeem your lift pass before the designated date of use, but you will only be allowed to pass through the gate on the designated date.
- Please hold the generated QR code over the automated ticket machine inside the ski resort to receive your pass.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the pass will become invalid, and cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.

Notes
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a lift pass for sightseeing and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If you are unable to generate a QR code, or if the automatic ticket machine is unavailable due to a malfunction, please visit the ski resort information desk.
- A 500-yen deposit is included in the price. The deposit will be refunded in cash upon return of the lift pass (IC card). (Return locations: Automated return machine on the 1st floor of the Center House, or the Information Desk.)
- If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be refunded, and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
