• When purchasing, please enter your full name without abbreviations. (Your name will be checked when boarding the bus.)

• When checking in at the meeting point, please give your name to the counter staff.

*Before departure, be sure to check the pick-up and drop-off locations on the Hokkaido Access Network official website, and take care not to be late for the departure time.
*If you cannot make it by the boarding time or cannot find the boarding location, please contact Customer Support immediately.
*The bus will depart on time even if some passengers have not arrived at the meeting point. We are not responsible for refunds of the bus fare or any other compensation in such cases.

• For smooth boarding and luggage loading, please email WAmazing Snow Customer Support with your purchase ID and luggage details after purchase. *Please tell us the number of suitcases by size (XL, L, M, S) and the number of ski/snowboard sets. Example) Purchase ID: 123456 / 2 adults / Suitcase size L × 2 / Ski set × 2
• When transferring from a flight to the bus, please allow at least 45 minutes after your flight arrival time for domestic flights and at least 90 minutes for international flights. We are not responsible if you are unable to make the connection.
• Luggage that can be stored on the bus is limited to ski/snowboard equipment and 1 other piece of luggage. Additional pieces may not be accepted.
• If you bring skis or snowboards, please put them in a dedicated bag or case, as luggage may be damaged during loading/unloading or in the luggage compartment while the bus is moving. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Boarding the bus while wearing ski or snowboard boots is not permitted, as it is slippery and very dangerous.
• Your name will be checked when boarding the bus.
• Intoxicated passengers will not be allowed to board.
• If any passengers have not arrived by the departure time, the bus will depart without them. We are not responsible for refunds of the bus fare or any other compensation in such cases.
• Times may vary due to traffic conditions, etc.
• If highway closures due to road or weather conditions put your flight connection at risk, the bus may stop at the nearest JR station or similar location and guide you to alternative transportation. Any resulting costs will be borne by the customer.
