How to use
- On the day of use, select your preferred ski resort for exchange from your purchase history on My Page, and present the voucher exchange screen to the staff.
- The staff will process your exchange and issue your pass.
- Passes are only valid on the day they are exchanged. Please exchange your pass on the day you intend to use it.

Notes
- This pass cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. Please use it within the validity period. *Unused passes cannot be carried over to the following season.
- Exchanged lift passes and other vouchers (meal and bath vouchers) are valid only at the resort where they were redeemed.
- Operating dates vary by ski resort. Please check the official website of each resort for the latest operational updates.
- Slope closures, snow park suspensions, or lift stoppages may occur without prior notice due to snow conditions, natural disasters, strong winds, or adverse weather, even during business hours. Please note that refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.
- Any unauthorized use of this pass (such as resale or rental) will result in immediate cancellation and confiscation.
- Lost lift passes cannot be reissued after redemption.
- Dangerous or prohibited conduct will result in the invalidation of the pass, and no reissuance will be provided.
- Off-piste skiing and other actions that severely violate ski resort etiquette are strictly prohibited.
Ski Resort Specific Information:
・At White World Oze Iwakura and Katashina Ogna Hotaka Snow Resort, a 500 JPY deposit is required per lift pass upon exchange. The deposit will be refunded in cash when returning the lift pass (IC card).
・At White World Oze Iwakura, an additional fee of 500 JPY is required for use during the Year-End/New Year period (Dec 29–Jan 2) and on designated dates (Jan 9, 10, 16, 23, 30; Feb 6, 13, 20, 27).
・Katashina Kogen Ski Resort is exclusively for skiers (snowboarding is not permitted).
・At Mountain Resort Marunuma Kogen, junior high school students (Ages 13–15) can get a better rate by purchasing directly at the ticket window.

- If a lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.
