Blanche Takayama Ski Resort

Resort features

Blanche Takayama Ski Resort is one of the few skier-only slopes in Japan and one of the largest. All ski resorts in the Lake Shirakaba area experience little natural snowfall; therefore, the resort is well-equipped with snow machines. The cold climate unique to this area allows snow machines to create firmer and more compact snow. This more solid snow that Blanche Takayama Ski Resort specializes in makes it ideal for carving. In addition, an extra-long beginner's course and a kids' park at the bottom of the slope are very popular among families and beginners to enjoy skiing safely.

Snow park information	Splash X (Cross) = A cross course with a combination of banks and waves. Even beginners can take on this challenge. Try out the Mogul Course as well.
Kids’ park	There are three escalators in the Wanpark at the foot of the slope, so you can easily move around the sledding course. There is also a wide variety of sleds to enjoy all day long. Other attractions, such as kids' snowmobiles and banana boats, are also available.
