It only takes 2 hours to travel from Tokyo to Mt. Jeans Nasu, and it's easy to reach from Nasu Kogen SA Smart Interchange with few snowy and mountainous roads. The resort is also perfect for day-trip skiing. Take the 1,845-meter-long gondola to the summit and enjoy a spectacular view of the Nasu mountain range, one of Japan's 100 most famous mountains. There is also an off-leash dog run and a snow park for children and beginners. The Kids' Park, where small children can play, is a separate area. There are plenty of facilities, such as hot springs and outlet malls around the ski resort, so you can have fun after skiing.
