Shirakaba Resort Ikenotaira Snow Park is a family-friendly snow resort with a relaxed, private atmosphere and an on-site hotel. Known for its high sunshine rate of around 80%, it mainly offers beginner-level trails, making it ideal for snow activities and first-time skiing or snowboarding. At Pota Snow Land, even first-timers can enjoy skiing, along with soft inflatables and sledding, as well as the Winter Animal Plaza, where visitors can meet a variety of animals with feeding experiences proving especially popular.For those who want to learn properly, ski lessons are available from age four. Snowboarding is permitted throughout the entire area, allowing everyone from children to adults to enjoy the slopes together.
