Shizukuishi Ski Resort is one of the premier ski destinations in northeastern Tohoku, offering spectacular views of the majestic Mt. Iwate. With a total running distance of 15,660 meters and 20 diverse trails—including the 2,648-meter E1 downhill trail—the resort's layout caters to everyone from beginners to advanced skiers. This season, the park area is better than ever, featuring a wide variety of objects for all skill levels. A highlight unique to Shizukuishi is the CAT Tour, where guests can ride a snowcat through powder snow. After a day on the slopes, enjoy a range of après-ski activities, including the popular stargazing tour* accessible via the night ropeway. The adjacent hotel makes it easy to turn your visit into a relaxing resort stay.
