This ski resort is exceptional for having Japan's longest skiing season and the highest elevation, reaching 2,307 meters. It provides an expansive 360-degree view that stretches from Mt. Fuji to the Northern Alps, Sado Island, Mt. Tanigawa, and Mt. Akagi, offering the highest elevation and longest skiing season anywhere. The resort's base is situated at 1,700 meters, surpassing the highest point of any other ski resort. You'll discover extensive trails on both the eastern and western slopes of Mt. Yokote, perfect for racing, along with the unique Shibu-Toge area. Skiing amidst the sky and a sea of clouds creates an unparalleled experience found nowhere else.
