How to use
- Until QR code generation and ticked exchange
- Once the QR code is generated, the ticket cannot be canceled.
- After the QR code is generated, tickets can be redeemed at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold up the QR code of the e-voucher to the automatic ticketing machine to receive your ticket.
- After ticket exchange
- The start date of use is the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging the product. (If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible if lost or if you accidentally pass through the gate.)
- You can also use this ticket during the spring season starting from March 24th. However, we cannot refund the difference between the spring season rate and the current rate.
- If you do not use the ticket during the operating period, it will expire, and you will no longer be able to use it. No cancellations are allowed.

Notes
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If the QR code cannot be generated, or if the automatic ticketing machine cannot be used due to any issues, please visit the ski area counter.
- If your lift ticket (IC card) is damaged or lost, it cannot be reissued.
- Please use it within the validity period.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
