- Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
- If you cannot meet up with your instructor or are unsure where to meet, please contact WAmazingSnow's customer support immediately.
- If you miss the meeting time by more than 30 minutes, your lesson will be canceled and you will not be able to take it.

Notes
- Please note that lift passes and rental fees are not included in the lesson fee.
- Children 3-12 years old may take this lesson. However, for safety reasons, the lesson will be child-oriented.
- The school is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during or outside of lessons. Please ensure that you have appropriate insurance.
- A full refund will be issued if Niseko United announces an official closure due to inclement weather.
- Snow and Flow Snowsports School is not responsible for any loss or theft of gear or for any accidents or injuries that occur before, during, or after the lesson.
