How to use
- Until QR code generation and ticked exchange
- Please generate the QR code by the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, cancellation is no longer possible.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticket machine to receive your pass. *The facility voucher will be issued along with your lift pass.
- After ticket exchange
- Locations where facility vouchers can be used : All restaurants, shops, rental shops, and ski schools within the resort.
- Discount coupons are printed on the issued lift pass. (1-day rental set: JPY 1,000 off for adults / JPY 500 off for children, 1-day general school lesson: JPY 1,000 off / JPY 500 off for a half-day)
- No change will be given when using facility vouchers or discount coupons. Non-refundable.
- The start date of use is the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging the product. (If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible if lost or if you accidentally pass through the gate.)
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the usage period will end, and the service will no longer be available. Cancellation is also not possible.

- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
