Notes
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift ticket and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- This product is a one-day lift pass with a flat rate for adults and children.
- Free lift passes are issued to preschoolers. Please inquire at the ticket counter.
- This product can be used after exchanging for a 1-day lift pass at the ticket counter. (You cannot ride the lift without redeeming it)
- This product cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons or services.
- A separate ticket is required to use the Kids' Park.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- This product is only available when Numajiri Ski Resort is open. Please check the official website for the latest information.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or extended to the next season, even if the ski resort is closed due to disasters, bad weather, lack of snow, power restrictions, lift mechanical problems, infectious diseases, etc.
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
