Notes
- If a preschooler is using the facility, an adult must accompany them. Please purchase a separate ticket and accompany the child.
- After exchanging your ticket, re-issuance or refund of the admission ticket will not be possible.
- Ski boots are not allowed in the Kids' Park to prevent damage to the playground equipment.
- Skiing, snowboarding, or any equipment with edges cannot be used in the Kids' Park.
- Sledding is not permitted outside the Kids' Park.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- This product is only available when Numajiri Ski Resort is open. Please check the official website for the latest information.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or extended to the next season, even if the ski resort is closed due to disasters, bad weather, lack of snow, power restrictions, lift mechanical issues, infectious diseases, etc.
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
