How to use
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use.
- After generating the QR code, you can exchange your ticket at any time during the validity period.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the period of use will end and the service will no longer be available. Cancellation is also not possible.
- After redeeming your ticket at the automatic ticketing machine (SKIOSK), please proceed to the rental shop counter and present the rental voucher.

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
