How to use
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the purchase cannot be canceled.
- After generating the QR code, you can exchange your ticket or pass through the gate at any time during the validity period.
- Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.

- This product is being sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period. Cancellations can be made through My Page until February 28, 2025, but the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and the purchase date. (Credit card payment: no cancellation allowed after 180 days from the date of purchase) After the cancellation period, no cancellations or refunds can be made under any circumstances.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
- Please return the lift pass (IC card) to the designated box after use.

- Night skiing hours are available until 8:00 PM.
- Night skiing days: Daily from December 27 to March 1. In March, operations are scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays (a total of 10 days).

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
