How to use
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- After generating the QR code, you can exchange your ticket or pass through the gate at any time during the first run of the season (December 9-20).
- Please scan the QR code of your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine (SKIOSK) inside Rest House Akari, located next to Yokoteyama No. 1 Sky Lift Platform, to receive your lift pass.

Notes
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- Please comply with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines established by the ski resort when using the facilities.
- Every Wednesday is Ladies' Day, so women can enjoy discounted purchases at the on-site ticket counter.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
