Product description

This product includes a round-trip shuttle bus between Sapporo Station, a 5-hour lift pass, a rental ski set (skis, boots, poles), and a 1-hour group ski lesson.
*Accessories (ski hat, gloves, goggles) are not included in the rental.

You can use all lifts at the Sapporo Mt. Moiwa Ski Resort.
The lift pass is valid for 5 hours from the time of issuance.
Group ski lessons are designed for those who are skiing for the first time.

How to use

Lift passes and rental equipment can be exchanged and picked up at the Rinyu Office.
Rental services are available from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with returns accepted until 5:00 PM.

The lesson starts at 10:30 AM. Please complete your rental and change clothes, and gather at the Rinyu Office 10 minutes before the lesson begins.

Schedule

[Outbound] Depart Sapporo Station (JR) North Exit at 9:00 AM (Meet up at 8:50 AM)
[Meeting Place / Mark] A microbus marked "TOMOBUS" will be parked at the group bus boarding area at the North Exit of Sapporo Station (JR).

[Return] Depart the ski resort at 3:30 PM (Meet up at 3:20 PM)

If you are unable to make it on time or cannot find the boarding location, please contact WAmazing's Customer Support immediately.
If you arrive late without prior notice, it will be considered a same-day cancellation.

This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
Not available for individuals weighing over 100kg.
You will be asked to confirm your name when you board the bus.
The bus is a 22-seater microbus. Please note that there are no extra seats available.
Due to limited seating, reservations may not always be available. -The bus schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice due to weather or road conditions.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
