Product description

This product includes a 1-day lift pass, rental ski set (skis, boots, poles) or rental snowboard set (snowboard, boots), and rental ski or snowboard wear.
*Accessories (ski/snowboard hat, gloves, goggles) are not included in the rental.

You can use all the lifts at Zao Liza World.

How to use

When exchanging your lift pass, you will receive a paper rental ticket.
Please present this ticket at the rental counter and choose between skis or a snowboard. Please show a form of ID (i.e. passport) at this time.
Gloves, goggles, and ski/snowboard hats are not available for rent but can be purchased at the store.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
