- Once a reservation has been made, it is not possible to change the language or lesson time. If you need to change the language or lesson time, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

- If you are unable to meet the instructor or cannot find the meeting location, please contact customer support immediately.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late for the meeting time, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to take the lesson. *Cancellation fees will apply according to the cancellation policy.
