Notes
- This product does not require daily returns. Please manage items yourself and return them by the end of business hours (8:30 AM-4:00 PM) on the final day of use. (Example: For a 3-day rental: returns are not required on the first and second days. Please return items by 4:00 PM on the third and final day.)
- Once the rental items have been exchanged, cancellation is not allowed for any reason. Even if there are still some days left in the multi-day product, cancellation is not allowed once you have received your rental on the first day.
- Lift tickets are not included in this product. Please purchase separately.
- Accessories (ski/snowboard hats, gloves, goggles) are not available for rent. They are available for purchase at the on-site shop.
- After receiving your rental items, it is not possible to switch from skiing to snowboarding.

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
