＜Regarding Bus Usage＞

◼︎Morioka Station West Exit (Bus Stop 26）
■ Please gather 5 minutes before departure. However, as this is a route bus, it will not depart until the scheduled time.
■ The timetable can be checked on the official Iwate Kenpoku Bus website.
■ Please present the voucher when you get off the bus for both outbound and return trips.

＜Regarding Lift Pass Usage＞
■ Please exchange your ticket for a 1-Day Multi-Resort Lift Pass at the lift pass counter.
■ You cannot board the lift with the electronic voucher. After exchanging it for the lift pass, you can board the lift.

• Each ticket can only be used once per person during the validity period.
• There is no child rate.
• If you are unable to present the voucher due to device malfunction, battery depletion, poor connectivity, etc., you will be required to pay an additional fee.
• Cancellations due to customer circumstances after the start of use are not accepted.
• No refunds will be provided due to delays in connecting transportation or compensation due to delays of this bus.

• Please exchange your voucher for a 1-Day Multi-Resort Lift Pass at the lift pass counter.
• You cannot board the lift with the electronic voucher. After exchanging it for the lift pass, you can board the lift.
• This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

• Please take a numbered ticket when boarding.
• Present your voucher to the staff when getting off the bus.
• There are buses from both the Morioka Station East Exit (Bus Stop 3) and the Morioka Station West Exit (Bus Stop 26) to Hachimantai/Appi Kogen shuttle bus. You can board from either departure point.
• Please check the timetable on the official Iwate Kenpoku Bus website before use.
• The ticket will become invalid once you disembark.
• This does not guarantee seating. If the bus is full or canceled, you may not be able to board.

[Regading the Use of Luggage Compartment]

• Fragile items, cash, and other valuables cannot be stored. Please keep them with you at your seat and manage them yourself.
• The luggage compartment is only to store luggage.
• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Please be careful not to mix up your luggage.
• The luggage compartment has limited space. During peak periods or depending on availability, we may have to refuse storage, so please consider using courier services if possible.
• The bus from Morioka Station East Exit (Bus Stop 3) may be operated using route bus type vehicles without a luggage compartment. In that case, please bring your luggage with you into the bus.
