How to use
- The round-trip ropeway ticket and 1-day lift pass need to be exchanged. They will be provided along with an instruction sheet onboard the bus.
- The Snow Land admission ticket allows direct entry if you already have a lift pass.
Schedule
[Outbound Bus Departure Time] 7:00 AM (Meeting time: 6:50 AM) Namba Station (JR) OCAT Building 1F ⇒ Arrive at the ski resort at 9:20 AM
[Return Bus Departure Time] Depart the ski resort at 5:20 PM (Meeting time: 5:10 PM) ⇒ Arrive at Namba Station around 7:30 PM

*The destination is indicated on the front of the bus. Please make sure you board the correct one.
- If you cannot make it on time or are unsure about the boarding location, please contact customer support immediately.
- Please note that if you miss the meeting time without notifying us, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
- Please note that the bus will depart even if some passengers fail to arrive by the departure time. Refunds or compensation for the bus fare will not be provided in such cases.

- We recommend checking and confirming the bus stop beforehand.

- If the lifts and ropeway are closed due to strong winds on the day of the tour, the destination will be changed to Hakodateyama Ski Resort. In that case, the difference will be refunded. We appreciate your understanding. (Refunds will given on the return bus after arriving at Kyoto, Shin-Osaka, or Namba Station.
