• We will give you a paper lift ticket voucher/rental ticket when you board the bus.
• Please hand your rental ticket at the designated rental shop on the day of use and choose either a ski or snowboard set.
• Please note that you may have to wait for some time if your desired size is not available. We thank you for your understanding.

A separate fee will be charged for renting at a location other than the designated rental shop.

[About rental for children]
Rentals for children (elementary school children and below) are not covered by the Rental Ticket. Please enquire on-site on the day of use (advance reservation not available/pay on-site).

• Sundays: Departs from X-JAM Takaifuji Ski Resort at 4:40 PM (meet at 4:20 PM) ⇒ arrival at Shinjuku Station West Exit at 9:30 PM

Staff will be wearing blue vests with the Travex TOURS logo. Please talk to the staff instead of looking for the bus.

• Please arrive at the boarding location 20 minutes before the departure time for both the outbound and return trips.
• Please confirm your boarding location before departure to ensure you are not late for the meeting time.
• The bus will depart even if you are late. You will not be able to board the bus if you arrive after the departure time.
• This will be treated as a same-day cancellation and a cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy.

• When boarding the bus, the name provided at the time of reservation will be verified.
• Rental items must be returned before boarding the return bus.

[About the Bus]
• There will be no tour conductor on board.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus.
• Seat belts must be worn while on the bus.
• All bus seats are reserved.
• There will be a 15-30 minute break approximately every 2 hours during the bus journey (except in cases of expected delays due to unavoidable circumstances).

[About Luggage Handling]
• Luggage loaded into the bus trunk may be at risk of damage. Please take protective measures in advance. *Snowboards must have bindings removed and placed in a cover when brought on board.
• We cannot take any responsibility for damages to luggage loaded into the bus trunk.
• Passengers are responsible for managing their own luggage. Please be careful of theft, loss, misplacement, or mix-ups with other passengers' belongings. We cannot be held responsible for the storage and management of luggage.
• Please be particularly cautious about theft, loss, misplacement, or mix-ups at departure and rest stop locations.
• Please note that the loading and unloading of luggage when boarding and alighting the bus is a service provided by the bus staff, and we do not assume responsibility for luggage storage management. Passengers must manage their own luggage.

[About Bus Operations]
• Depending on the number of passengers, the bus may pass through multiple ski resorts. In this case, the local arrival and departure times may change.
• Arrival and departure times may be adjusted based on road and weather conditions.
• In response to road conditions (e.g., highway closures, heavy snow traffic), departure times from the ski resort may be adjusted. We appreciate your cooperation.
• Due to road conditions or other unavoidable circumstances, we cannot accept any claims for taxi or hotel fees incurred due to delays in local arrival or return times.

[About the Damage Waiver Program]
• If rental items are damaged, the actual cost may be charged.
• Each rental shop offers a damage waiver program, and details will be provided at the time of rental.
• To prepare for potential damage, we recommend enrolling in the damage waiver program (JPY 500 per item per day, non-refundable).
