• We will give you a paper lift ticket voucher/rental ticket when you board the bus.
• Please hand your rental ticket at the designated rental shop on the day of use and choose either a ski or snowboard set.
• Please note that you may have to wait or some time if your desired size is not available. We thank you for your understanding.

[About rental for children]
Rentals for children (elementary school children and under) are not covered by the rental ticket. Please enquire on-site on the day of use (advance reservation not available/pay on-site).

• Weekdays, Saturdays, and National Holidays: Departs from Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort at 4:40 PM (meet at 4:20 PM) ⇒ Arrives at Shinjuku Station West Exit at 9:30 PM
• Sundays: Departs from Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort at 4:10 PM (meet at 3:50 PM) ⇒ Arrives at Shinjuku Station West Exit at 9:30 PM
*Departure times differ on Sundays compared to Weekdays, Saturdays, and National Holidays.

Staff will be wearing blue vests with the Travex TOURS logo. Please talk to the staff instead of looking for the bus.

• Please arrive at the boarding location 20 minutes before the departure time for both the outbound and return trips.
• Please confirm your boarding location before departure to ensure you are not for the meeting time.
• The bus will depart even if you are late. You will not be able to board the bus if you arrive after the departure time.
• This will be treated as a same-day cancellation and a cancellation fee will be charged as per the cancellation policy.

• We will confirm your reservation name at the time of boarding.
• Please return all rental items before boarding the bus.

[About the bus]
• You will not be accompanied by a tour guide.
• Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
• Please ensure to use your seatbelt at all times on the bus.
• All seats are reserved on the bus.
• The bus will stop for a 15 to 30-minute break every 2 hours.
(Except when the bus is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances)

[About luggage storage]
• Please take measures to prevent luggage from they are prone to damage in the trunk. *Please ensure to remove the bindings from your snowboard and put it in a cover.
• We will not be held responsible for any damage to luggage loaded into the trunk.
• Customers are responsible for storing and managing their luggage. Please be careful to not have your luggage stolen, lost, or misplaced, or mistakenly take the wrong luggage. We will not be held responsible for the storage and management of your items.
• Please ensure that your luggage does not get stolen, lost, or misplaced, or mistakenly take the wrong luggage during departure, arrival, and at the rest stops.
• Loading and unloading luggage during boarding/disembarkation is performed by the bus crew member. We will not be held responsible for storage management as this remains the responsibility of the customer.

[About the bus service]
• Depending on the number of passengers, the bus may visit multiple resorts. This may result in a change in the arrival and departure times.
• Arrival and departure times may change depending on road and/or weather conditions.
• Ski resort departure times may be moved earlier depending on road conditions (highway closures, traffic jams due to heavy snow). We appreciate your understanding.
• We are unable to accept any requests for the use of a taxi or hotel due to delay in arrival or return even if it is due to road conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.

[About the property damage liability compensation system]
• You may be charged for any damage to rental equipment.
• Each rental shop has their own property damage liability compensation system and will inform you of this directly at the time of rental.
• Please sign up to the property damage liability compensation system (JPY 800 per item / fixed-term payment) in the case of damages.
