Notes
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- This product must be exchanged for a paper ticket at the Ropeway Bottom Station ticket office.
- As Biwako Valley is a mountainous area and is easily affected by weather, please be sure to check the "Operation Status" on the official website of the ski resort on the day of your visit.
- Cancellations can be made through your My Page until 11:59 PM the day before your reservation. (Same-day cancellations are not allowed and a 100% charge will apply)

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
