Notes

This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
This product must be exchanged for a paper ticket at the Ropeway Bottom Station ticket office.
As Biwako Valley is a mountainous area and is easily affected by weather, please be sure to check the "Operation Status" on the official website of the ski resort on the day of your visit.
Cancellations can be made through your My Page until 11:59 PM the day before your reservation. (Same-day cancellations are not allowed and a 100% charge will apply)

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
