You can use all the lifts and gondolas at Sapporo Teine Ski Resort.

This bus ticket is bound for Olympia Ski Center.
If you would like to get off at Highland Ski Center, please purchase a ticket bound for Highland Ski Center.

How to use

When checking in to board the bus, we will check your name provided in the reservation.
Upon arriving at the ski resort, please present your voucher at the ticket office to exchange it for your lift pass.

The crew will announce that the "BIGRUNS" has arrived.
Please arrive at the boarding area 10 minutes before the departure time for the outbound and return trips.
Please make sure to confirm the boarding location before departure and be sure not to be late for the meeting time.
If you are unable to make it to the meeting time or do not know where to board, please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support immediately.

Cancellation policy

On actual date of use 00:00〜	100 %
After 00:00, one day prior to the date of use	40 %
After 00:00, 7 days prior to the date of use	30 %

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
