Features and details of Sapporo Teine Ski Resort

Sapporo Teine Ski Resort is easily accessible, located about 40 minutes by car from central Sapporo. From the summit of Mt. Teine, 1,023 meters above sea level, you can enjoy views of Sapporo city, Ishikari Bay, and the Daisetsuzan Mountain Range. The ski resort hosts many international competitions thanks to its world-class snow quality and well-designed trails. Spring skiing can be enjoyed until early May. With 15 different trails, from a beginner-friendly long trail of about 6 kilometers, to an intermediate slope where you can cruise while taking in views of Sapporo, to the Kitakabe Trail for advanced skiers, there is something for everyone. It is also the largest ski resort in the Sapporo area.

Terrain Park: Skiers of all levels, from first-timers to advanced skiers, can enjoy this area.

Kids’ park

Snowland: Upgraded for even more fun in the snow! Kids and adults alike can enjoy this area, and you can even ascend the slopes without having to walk! There is also a forest tubing trail and sledding area.

Ski lodge

Highland Ski Center: This large Center House serves as the central hub the Highland Zone. Facilities include a lift pass counter, restaurants, shops, a rental shop, a delivery service, coin-operated lockers, changing rooms, a nursery, and rental rooms. You will also find a paid rest area called K-Lounge, where you can take off your boots and relax; and lockers for season pass holders. The exit to the slopes is on the fourth floor. Olympia Ski Center: Facilities include a lift pass counter, restaurants, shops, a rental shop, a delivery service, coin-operated lockers, changing rooms, a ski school counter, and a nursing room. A convenient facility for families and first-time skiers.
