*If you are unable to make it on time or cannot find the boarding point, please contact customer support immediately.
*If any passengers have not arrived by the departure time, the bus will depart as scheduled. Please note that we are not responsible for any refunds in such cases.

• The service only operates on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
• For a day trip to Rusutsu Resort, the boarding/disembarking point is Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention
• Please check the meeting location in advance. The meeting time is 15 minutes before departure.
• Times may change depending on traffic conditions.
• Please refrain from boarding the buses wearing ski or snowboard boots, as they are slippery and extremely dangerous.
• 1 piece of luggage is allowed to be stored in the compartment per person. The bus will not accept 2 or more pieces of luggage.
• If you bring skis or snowboards, please put them in their own bags or cases, as they may cause damage or breakage to your baggage when loading or unloading the trunk.
• Please note that intoxicated passengers will not be allowed on board.
• The highway may close due to road/weather conditions, etc. For those catching a flight, we may have to drop you off at the nearest train station so you won't miss your flight. (Please note that in such case passengers are responsible for any additional travel costs)
