RUSUTSU RESORT

Resort features

Even with all the attention Hokkaido resorts get from around the world, not many ski resorts can match the quality of the powder snow here. This resort covers three mountains and offers 37 courses - the most in Hokkaido - an astounding 42 kilometers of runs, and a great view of the Shikotsu-Toya National Park. This is a resort that lets you experience all the wonderful activities Hokkaido has to offer. For the kids, there are ski school lessons and a snow playground, great for their first time skiing. Also, as it is only 90 minutes by car from either New Chitose Airport or Sapporo, this resort is popular among skiers visiting from all around the world.

Snow park informationBringing the essence of 3D to your freeride. We have set up a park where you can have fun flying on a slope that is fun to slide on. After all, jumps should be fun is what our snowboarders and skiers have told us. Along with a big kicker that allows intermediate to advanced players to pull off tricks, there is also an easy lane with careful attention to jump size and rail height so that even beginners can enjoy the park safely. This is a snow park designed to accommodate a wide range of levels.
Kids’ parkReopening from 2023-2024 season! It's okay even if you can't wear skis or snowboards! A snow play area that the whole family can enjoy. This is a snow playground where you can enjoy sledding, tubing, and snow running bikes on the gentle slope. A snow escalator is installed, so even small children can enjoy playing in the snow to their heart's content. *A separate admission fee is required in addition to the lift ticket.
