RUSUTSU RESORT

Resort features

Even with all the attention Hokkaido ski resorts receive from around the world, not many can match the quality of the powder snow here. This resort spans three mountains and offers 37 courses—the most in Hokkaido—covering an astounding 42 kilometers of runs, along with a stunning view of Shikotsu-Toya National Park. This resort allows you to experience all the wonderful activities Hokkaido has to offer. For kids, there are ski school lessons and a snow playground, perfect for their first skiing experience. Additionally, being only 90 minutes by car from either New Chitose Airport or Sapporo makes this resort popular among skiers visiting from all over the world.

Snow park informationIntroducing a three-dimensional essence to free riding. We’ve created a fun slope for sliding and an exciting park for jumping. We’ve gathered feedback from snowboarders and skiers who find jumping enjoyable! With big-sized kickers that allow intermediate to advanced riders to boldly perform tricks, we also have easy lanes designed for beginners in the park to safely enjoy jumps and rails with carefully considered jump sizes and rail heights. This is a snow park designed to accommodate a wide range of skill levels.
Kids’ parkSamurai Kids' Park It's okay if you can't ski or snowboard! This is a snowy playground where the whole family can have fun. In the gently sloping ramp area, we offer a variety of activities such as tubing, sledding, and mini-bobsledding. Additionally, in the flat area, we provide baby cruisers, snow racers, and the very popular Strider for small children. You can also experience snowboarding with BURTON kids' snowboards equipped with riglet reels. Other activities, like making snowballs, allow you to interact with snow and enjoy memorable winter fun. We have installed a snow escalator, so even small children can fully enjoy playing in the snow. Have an exciting and safe experience at the Kids' Park, where the whole family can enjoy thrilling moments together. *An admission fee is required in addition to the lift pass
