*Rental snow wear is available on-site at a special rate exclusively for those who book this plan. If you wish to rent snow wear, please inquire at the ski resort counter.
*Please settle the payment for this additional rental on-site.
Rental wear:
Adults: JPY 3,000, Children: JPY 1,900 (boots not included)

How to use

You will receive information documents when boarding the bus.
After arriving at Dynaland, please go to the reception on the second floor of Center House. -Tell staff at the resort counter your name as listed on the passenger list and the plan you have booked to receive your pass.
A deposit of JPY 500 per Baboon area pass is required at the time of exchange.
The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the pass (IC card).
If the pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, your deposit will not be returned, and passes cannot be re-issued.

Schedule

Outbound bus departure time: 9:00am (Meeting time: 8:50am) Takayama Station ⇒ Arrival at Dynaland at 10:40am
Return bus departure time: 4:00pm (Meeting time: 3:50pm) Dynaland ⇒ Arrival at Takayama Station at 5:40pm

Outbound bus boarding location: Plaza in front of Takayama Station West Exit (Hakusan Exit) *There will be a staff member holding a sign near the escalator.
Return bus boarding location: Dynaland, Bus Parking Lot

If you cannot make the meeting time or are unsure of the boarding location, contact customer support immediately.
Please note that late arrivals without prior notice will be treated as same-day cancellations.

Please note that if the minimum number of passengers is not reached 10 days before the event, it may be canceled.
Please present your voucher to the staff at boarding.

Large suitcases (sum of all three dimensions is 150 cm or greater), snowscoots, and other large items of luggage cannot be taken on the bus or stored in the trunk.
As there is a limited number of seats, reservations may not be available.
Operating hours are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to the weather or road conditions.
Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
If you suddenly feel unwell or develop a fever or other symptoms, you will be asked to leave the group during the trip. In such cases, please note that no refunds will be made.

Cancellation policy

On actual date of use 00:00〜	100 %
After 00:00, one day prior to the date of use	40 %
After 00:00, 6 days prior to the date of use	30 %

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.

If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
