• A voucher must be exchanged for the round-trip ropeway pass and the 1-day lift pass. You will receive the necessary documents along with an instructions sheet on the bus.
• The Snow Land admission pass allows direct entry if you already have a lift pass.

• If the lifts and ropeways are closed due to strong winds on the day of the tour, the destination will be changed to Biwako Hakodateyama Ski Resort. In that case, the difference will be refunded. We appreciate your understanding. (Refunds will be issued on the return bus upon arrival at Kyoto or Shin-Osaka station.)
