When boarding the bus, please tell the driver the name of the representative who made the reservation.

• Lift Pass & Lunch Ticket Exchange:
Please provide your name at the Hokkaido Resort Liner Desk on the 1st floor of Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention, where you will receive a lunch ticket and a lift pass exchange voucher.
You can exchange this voucher for a lift pass at the Rusutsu Resort lift pass counter.
Please hand over your lunch ticket at the restaurant in Rusutsu Resort at the time of use.

*If you cannot make the meeting time or are unsure of the boarding location, contact customer support immediately.
*The bus will depart even if some passengers are not present at the departure time. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

• Children ages 3 can ride the lifts for free. Please make sure to reserve only the round-trip bus when booking via the official website.
• Departure times may vary depending on traffic conditions.
• Please confirm the meeting point in advance. The meeting time is 10 minutes before departure.
• Please refrain from boarding the bus wearing ski or snowboard boots, as they are slippery and extremely dangerous.
• Each person can store up to 1 piece of luggage in the under floor luggage compartment. You may not be able to store 2 or more pieces of luggage.
• Please ensure that any skis or snowboards you bring are bagged or in carry cases, as they may cause damage or breakage to other items of luggage stored in the trunk.
• The highway may be closed due to adverse road/weather conditions. Those who could miss their flight as a result of the delay may be advised to alight at the nearest JR train station and use an alternative method of transportation. Please note that in this case, the passenger will bear any additional travel costs.
