How to use

Redeemable pass: 1 lift pass valid for 1 day, meal ticket, coupon
Passes are only valid on the day of exchange.

Facilities where coupons can be used:
Rental Counter (JPY 500 coupon for the 1-day rental set)
Facilities where meal tickets can be used:
Restaurant Komakusa (valid during business hours)
• You will receive a paper meal ticket when you exchange your lift pass
• You can choose one item from the restaurant's specified menu.
• No change will be given when using the meal ticket. Non-refundable.

Notes

This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
Children’s lift passes will be issued at the ticket counter. You cannot board the lift without a lift pass.
Depending on course conditions, the price of the lift pass on-site may be subject to change.

Regarding partial cancellations

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
