This package includes a 1-day lift pass, rental ski set (skis, boots, poles), ski wear rental, and a 3-piece accessory set (knit cap, goggles, gloves).
*The 3-piece accessory set can be taken home.
You can use all the lifts and gondolas at Dynaland Ski Resort and Takasu Snow Park.

How to use

Redeemable pass: One 1-day lift pass, ski wear rental
Please present the voucher screen from your My Page at the Center House 2F Rental Corner to receive your rental items.
You will receive your lift pass when you collect your ski wear.
Passes are only valid on the day of exchange. Please complete the exchange on the day you intend to use the pass.

Notes

This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
Only the 3-piece accessory set can be taken home. Please return rental items to the rental counter.
Please bring an ID (passports are accepted) when renting.
A JPY 500 deposit is required per lift pass at the time of exchange.
Your deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card).
If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be refunded, and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

Cancellation policy

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
