How to use
- Redeemable pass: One 3-day lift pass
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the season.
- Please scan the QR code of your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine (SKIOSK) inside Rest House Akari, located next to Yokoteyama 1st Sky Lift, to receive your lift pass.
- Passes are only valid for 3 days, starting on the day of exchange. Please ensure to only exchange your pass on the day you wish to use it.

Notes
- If the QR code has not yet been generated, cancellations can be made through My Page until March 29, 2026. Once the cancellation period has passed, cancellations and refunds are not possible regardless of the reason. (Credit card payment: no cancellation allowed after 180 days from the date of purchase)
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- Every Wednesday is Ladies' Day, so women can enjoy discounted purchases at the on-site ticket counter.
- December 21, 2025, and January 18, Febuary 15, March 15, 2026 are children's ski days. On these dates, elementary school students and under can ride the lifts for free. Please take note when making your purchase.

- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
